Actualmente existe una gran preocupación en el ámbito internacional
por encontrar una solución definitiva al problema de la deuda externa, en la
que se dé prioridad a la lucha contra la pobreza. En el marco de una política
de gestión activa de la deuda es posible utilizar fórmulas innovadoras que
