The Journal of World Economics (REM) includes the following sections:
- Special or Monographic Section.
- General Section.
- Critical Surveys or Essays.
- Book Reviews.
Since its third issue, REM includes a Special Section with articles about a certain topic -articles about any other topic of Word Economics are currently published in the General Section-. In order to inform our lectors and possible authors, central topics of following the Special Sections are presented:
- Nº 22. European Union enlargement, coordinated by Professor Andras Inotai. Deadline for papers submission: December, 2008.
- Nº 23. Extraordinary Number dedicated in Memory of the Professor Emilio Fontela, coordinated by Professor Joaquín Guzmán Cuevas. Deadline for papers submission: March, 2009.
- Nº 24. Environment and Sustainable Development, coordinated by Professor Luis Jiménez Herrero. Deadline for papers submission: July, 2009.
- Nº 25. A look to Asia, coordinated by Professor Pablo Bustelo. Deadline for papers submission: December, 2009.
- Nº 26. Africa and Millenium objectives, coordinated by Professor Carlos Oya. Deadline for papers submission: March, 2010.
Specialists in these topics are invited to submit their papers before the indicated deadline; and specialists in other topics of World Economy are also invited to submit their papers for General Sections, with the confidence that they will be welcome and evaluated for their publication.
